Upon receiving your receipt, you may follow the following steps:-
1. Sign in to your account via https://www.dominos.com.my or Domino's Mobile App
2. Go to "My Account".
3. Click on "Request an e-invoice".
4. Fill in all the required and complete details in the Form.
5. Click on the "Generate e-Invoice" button.
6. You will receive a generated e-Invoice and able to save/download as PDF.

E-invoice must be requested within the same month when purchase is made. Please refer to the date shown on the receipt. For example, if the receipt date is 21/11/2024, then e-invoice must be generated by 30/11/2024.
Customer MUST request for e-invoice in the same month. If missed, proceed to do claim using the normal receipt.
You may request e-invoice on the next day after your purchase. (For those purchase non on last day of month - request next day. For those purchase on last day of month - better request once they receive product.)
Please visit the store where the purchase was made and request your receipt over the counter.
Check if a physical receipt was provided upon delivery. If not, kindly reach out to our Vocal team via the Online Feedback Form for further assistance.

An e-Invoice is primarily used as a supporting document for expense claims, allowing employers to verify transactions with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN). If the purchase is not intended for an expense claim, obtaining an e-Invoice is optional.

To receive an e-invoice for orders made through aggregator platforms (such as Food Panda, Grab Food, or Shopee Food), please contact the customer support of the respective platform where your order was placed. The availability of e-invoices is subject to the policies of the individual platforms.
