Getting an E-Invoice

How do I get an e-invoice?

Upon receiving your receipt, you may follow the following steps:-

1. Sign in to your account via https://www.dominos.com.my or Domino's Mobile App

2. Go to "My Account".

3. Click on "Request an e-invoice".

4. Fill in all the required and complete details in the Form.

5. Click on the "Generate e-Invoice" button.

6. You will receive a generated e-Invoice and able to save/download as PDF.

 

Step by step to obtain an e-invoice

Step 1 – Enter receipt details

  1. Receipt/Document Number
  2. Receipt/Document Date
  3. Receipt Amount
  4. Ref Number

 

 

Step 2: Enter your details to generate an e-invoice

*Please ensure that you key in the details correctly*

  1. Your name (as per IC/passport)
  2. TIN (Malaysian – EI00000000010, non-Malaysian – EI00000000020)
  3. Registration Type
  4. Registration Number (without special character)
  5. Residential Address
  6. City
  7. Postal Zone (Postcode)
  8. State
  9. Phone Number
  10. SST registration number (If have)
  11. Verify the details & click the “Download” / " Get PDF on Email" button to download your e-invoice

 

 

General Questions

Within how long do I have to request for an e-Invoice after making a purchase?

E-invoice must be requested within the same month when purchase is made. Please refer to the date shown on the receipt. For example, if the receipt date is 21/11/2024, then e-invoice must be generated by 30/11/2024.

 

 

What if my purchase is on the last day of the month (30th or 31st), can I still request for e-invoice on the subsequent month?

Customer MUST request for e-invoice in the same month. If missed, proceed to do claim using the normal receipt. 

 

 

How soon can I request an e-Invoice after my purchase?

You may request e-invoice on the next day after your purchase. (For those purchase non on last day of month - request next day. For those purchase on last day of month - better request once they receive product.) 

 

 

What should I do if my receipt is damaged or lost?
  • For In-store purchases

Please visit the store where the purchase was made and request your receipt over the counter.

  • For Online purchases

Check if a physical receipt was provided upon delivery. If not, kindly reach out to our Vocal team via the Online Feedback Form for further assistance.

 

 

What should I do if I did not receive a receipt when I made purchase?
  • For In-store purchases

Please reach out to the in-store counters to request for a replacement receipt.

  • For Online purchases

After Generating an E-Invoice

After clicking 'Generate e-Invoice', I am not sure of how I will be updated or what will happen next.

If details are correct - the validated e-invoice will be available for your download.

 

 

After clicking 'Generate e-Invoice', I realize I have submitted the wrong information or would like to cancel this request, what can I do about this?

After receiving the e-invoice as PDF, I realize that I have keyed in wrong details and would like to make change. How can I do so?

Additional Information

Is it mandatory for every customer to receive an e-Invoice?

An e-Invoice is primarily used as a supporting document for expense claims, allowing employers to verify transactions with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN). If the purchase is not intended for an expense claim, obtaining an e-Invoice is optional.

 

 

I am encountering an error while requesting an e-invoice. What should I do?

Orders via Aggregator Platforms

How can I obtain an e-invoice for orders placed through an aggregator platform?

To receive an e-invoice for orders made through aggregator platforms (such as Food Panda, Grab Food, or Shopee Food), please contact the customer support of the respective platform where your order was placed. The availability of e-invoices is subject to the policies of the individual platforms.
